Alan, I think you deserve a T-shirt for that... PM me with you shirt size and mailing address and I'll hook you up with one of our new "Special Edition" "H" logo shirts!

Man, I still can't beleive I missed that for all these months!

Mike.
Mike,
Thanks for the shirt and decals.

another suggestion.

dont know if its possible, but what about making a update for the transmitter that allows you to plug a servo into say either the module or the maybe the trainer port and program the digital servos via the transmitter?

I would like a servo speed option on throttle hold. I would like the engine to return to the throttle setting at a slower rate than normal when you turn the throttle hold off. That way if the idle up is still on it wont put such a strain on the gear train.

Give the option of having the custom menu set per model or global. I've set certain items in the custom menu that I'd like on all models, without having to setup on each model..

Timer Start Beep Indicator

I have a count down timer that I manually start with switch "H". I am in the habit of activating the switch without looking down at the radio, so it would be great if the timer beeped to indicate it had started. This way I don't have to look down to check

Also, the ability to reset the timer without turning the radio off and then back on. Silly, but I've went to start the timer and realizedvthat it was on the whole time during preflight/startup. Was using "h", but I have set up the throttle kill on that switch.

Actually, while the timer is running, if you press the timer it will reset the count.

USB port: PC-Transmitter wihtout the HPP 22

Start/stop/reset timer by pressing timer on the touch screen.

Simplify B-fly programming or write a manual. for the new software.

Yes, actually that probably would be the best for the timer to push to start, push to stop, push and hold to reset, and access the menu from the main menu. This would free up some switches for some of us who tend to over program. He he...

Don't think I don't LOVE this radio, just some suggestions....

No Throttle Lock in Pupil Mode

If I was demonstrating student control on the ground, and the student
advanced the throttle on an electric model, should I slap his fingers
with a ruler so he doesn't do it again???

On the E7 there is this really nice throttle lock button that works every
time it's pressed.

Sure would be nice if there was a way to install one of those buttons just
below the power switch on the A9. You would be able to find it by
"touch", no need to "look at screen for icon, hold icon for 2 seconds, and
verify you're locked and not in a sub menu".

Did I mention the E7 lock works all the time???

If we were able to mix throttle to throttle in the P.Mixes then it'd be a simple matter of assigning a switch to control throttle operation.

At present we have no external control over the throttle other than the throttle stick itself.

I too don't like the built-in throttle lock feature.
