Where was this thread a few months ago? LOL! I would have a dozen or so very funny reads but I only have my last one so may as well share it.

Bill: How about a shipping refund since I paid for faster service.

Bill: Thats what I had thought. So why if I had to wait over a month for it to be sent do I get the privelage of USPS service that cost .44?

Bill: This is the last company I would expect to say another reputable company (USPS) is terriable.

Victoria: I was simply stating that they don't update their online tracking information which is the truth that I have seen in my experience here.

Victoria: Your order was originally shipped via UPS Ground

Bill: But that order did not contain what I ordered.

Bill: USPS will not deliver untill after x-mas and had it been shipped by the method I paid for then it would actually be here in time.

Victoria: One part was wrong or missing, so it was sent via USPS Priority Mail which is more than 44 cents. But we wouldn't ask you to cover that as it was our mistake.

Bill: I would like a refund for the difference in shipping costs.

Victoria: We shipped via UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail so you would actually owe us the difference, but again, we aren't asking you to pay anything additional as it was our mistake which is why we are covering the shipping cost to send the replacement part to you.

Bill: I owe you for your mistakes, constant lies and lousy service?

Victoria: Did you even read the whole paragraph I just wrote you?

my starting comment was "need help picking a plane" unless you say something like that you don't get help. i said "i would like to make a refund" and waited for hours. the chat ended before they helped me.

So in my dispute with Pay Pal on Banana Hobby they state that they could not generate a USPS tracking number unless USPS already had the package. For one we all know that is untrue. Secondly they gave me the tracking number on the 16th and on the 18th said the package just went out the previous day (see previous live chat). So they are having a real hard time keeping their lies straight.
