Everyone, if they have a chance, should see the movie "Temple Grandin", made and now showing on HBO. It's a story about a remarkable woman, and the rather significant contribution she made to the well-being of cows on their way to becoming McBurgers, while overcoming significant issues. http://www.hbo.com/index.html#/movies/temple-grandin

"I think using animals for food is an ethical thing to do, but we've got to do it right. We've got to give those animals a decent life and we've got to give them a painless death. We owe the animal respect."

the Wolfman

I seen the latest remake of this old classic.Starring Anthony Hopkins & Benico
Tel Toro..I thought it was well done.A lot of action, good effects....plenty of gore.

If you ever liked the original...see this one too

My daughter made me watch Dr. Horrible - Sing-Along Blog by Joss Wheaton and co. Screamingly funny, and doesn't take too long. I can see this as a high school musical, with song sheets for the audience.

Glad you liked it. It stole from other movies for sure but was very watchable

Zombieland is better taken with a nice draft beer or 4 and a willingness to laugh. Better if it's a shared experience too

My wife was the same way about Family Guy and King of the Hill. She finally broke down though. She loved Zombieland, bought it and has watched it 3 times now.

Watched Law Abiding Citizen last night with the wife. We both liked it and once again the critics were wrong in our eyes. It was a done already story line reminiscent of a Mel Gibson flick but entertaining nonetheless.

3.5 out of 5 I'd say

The Boat That Rocked - Brit humour (in the Four Weddings - Full Monte stylie...) so it might not 'work' your side - very funny based on real story of Pirate radio in the 60's!
