We're drifting from recent releases to what we've watched recently, but that's good for me.

I just snagged Young Frankenstein on blu-ray for $12, about to watch it with the wife, who's never seen it. Our sense of humor is well matched, though, so it should be enjoyable for both.

Im a huge war movie fan. "The hurt locker" is easily on my top five.

I didn't know to expect from it, my son wanted to watch it. It was fairly intense throughout and has at a minimum made my top 20 war flick list. It was extremely well done I thought.

It made my top-50, near the bottom.

Saw RED last night. Lots of machine-gunning buildings and vehicles and little else, but some fine actors and well worth a $1 Redbox, or in my case the in-law spending $4.99 for an instant viewing on Cox Cable.
