Yup, Netflix it is. I find myself trying a lot of movies that I probably would not have rented if I had to pay 4-5 bucks a pop. Some arenít that great, but Iíve found some real gems too. Last night I watched The Stoning of Soraya M from my computer, which was a first for me.

August Rush. Wow, what a great movie. By looking at the case you'd think it was a movie for kids. But we thought it was terrific, by sure to check it out. 5 stars (robin williams in this, but he isn't the "star" of the movie).

Just thought of another one, Shrek 4. I took my 8 yr old great nephew to the movies to see it. It was in 3D and not only was the effects awesome the story line was actually quite good. Well worth seeing. 5 stars.

I really liked "Inception"...a very different and smart summer blockbuster .
I went to see 'the other guys" with my teenage son...he loved it....I found it ok for a couple of laughs...I would have rather seen something else.

I laughed quite a few times watching Hot Tub Time Machine tonight.
You might like it is pretty raw in places.

Hot Tub Time Machine was a pleasant surprise. Especially if you grew up in the 80's.

I watched Repo Mean last night. It wasn't any good at all and rather boring.

I also saw Clash of the Titans last week. It was pretty good and kept true to the original.

Here is one we picked up last night that's really good, but we havn't finished it yet. It's called "Pirate Radio", they play some awesome music in it. It stars Phipip Seymour Hoffman, who I think is very talanted. He can play a good snob.

Is raunchy but fun! I liked the 80's references!

Well I took in Kick Ass and ... dang it was funny but just you mind that hit girl. such a cutie too.
and last nigh I watched Solidary Man It was interesting and wow did he have a bead on women.
I couldn't decide the end... What do you say he did. it was a tough choice considering his skill to read the need.
That hawt chick walking buy in the end didn't help..

Planning on the last part of Twilight and or Sorcerers apprentice Saturday night if I don't go night flying.
Both look worthy of the hour and a half to me.
Just sharing my take on any new movie I manage to see.

Tonight I took in "Sorcerers apprentice"... Chick flick.
Enjoyed it but it was lacking or slacking IMHO I expected more from the cast.
