Here's another video. This is my Copperhead Extra Stiffy (great name, I know!). I've been flying it for more than 6 months but this is the first time it's been filmed. It's possibly my favourite plane at the moment; a pity they don't make them anymore .

If anyone's got a spare version 2 Extra Stiffy NIB or a built-up one in good condition that you're prepared to sell, please PM me as either myself or a mate of mine will likely buy it.

There'd be no challenge if it was easy and it's worth it when you finally get it .

The Extra Stiffy is awesome for doing really tight high alpha knife edge circuits around yourself. I sometimes do so many circuits that I'm too dizzy to continue . I'll try to remember to do this the next time I get some video of the plane.

Sadly, the Extra Stiffy is no longer in production. They were produced by a company called Copperhead and for the last couple of years they were sold by Ohio Model Products, but they sold out all remaining stock a few months ago. I got a heads-up about low stocks a few months prior, so I bought 1 Yak Stiffy and 2 Extra Stiffys. A mate of mine also bought an Extra Stiffy. By the time I had worked out how much I love flying this plane, all the kits were gone. I'm glad I still have a spare kit NIB, but I would've bought another kit at that time if they were still available.

Hey Veteran,

That looks like a solution to my typical problem flying indoor where I land on the canopy or park nose-in to a wall. It looks like that plane can land any which way and takeoff again unassisted .

BTW whatcha been building in the micro stuff lately? Anything 3D? If so, post it here. In not 3d, then maybe post it on the beer and bbq thread instead.

Just built a micro 4ch Shocky weighing in at 18g AUW using the Spektrum AR6400 RX and linear servo for Ailerons but the micro 2g BL motor just hasn't quite got the punch that i need so i'm in the process of perhaps using a brushed/geared motor instead or just get the AP03 motor...

Been having a lot of fun with the new ParkZone Micro P51 Mustang also, it's a blast!

You guys seen the new Eflight Ultra-Micro 4site plane coming out very very soon? Looks like a real winner- Cant wait, nor can the boys in the Yanky threads who are at their wits end due to the delay on the release date. here is the link: http://www.horizonhobby.com/Products...ProdID=EFL9080

Cool , you won't regret it , no vices with this plane ,Mine pumps out 450 watts on a fresh pack and it is heaps of power , i had to mix in some down elevator with low throttle to stop the ballooning when you come into land
