Cheers
The drive-set comes with its own manual. There are two O-Rings included (one spare):

Oh cool so not only did we get shipped the old stock of tune kits but mine came without orings. Sigh....not typical multiplex that's for sure. Think the rings are needed with the esc brake ?

na.. i wont bother with them. just like any other folder, the wind pushes them back instantly anyways. I don't see the point.

Well now, there`s an eye opener.
I already found out that the front fuselage is kept together with the canopy. I did get the O ring (even 2 ). You actually hear the blades snap together in the air.
But I didn`t know that the end of the hinge pin was to be stored inside the fuselage. Took it apart tonight and corrected it. Now it can`t pull any grass along with it.
Thank you Jurgen
The O ring is not needed, even with the brake on. But it makes sure that the blades fold together.

At slow speeds, one blade most likely will be "dangling" down without the O-Ring.

True, but then that means no real wind resistance if they aren't being pushed.
and they will flap back with the grass.

it would just look better.

Well, it would take quite some drag/force to get the blades into the same position as with the O-Ring installed.

Better looking with O-Ring installed? You bet.

Case of you never know what your missing if you don't know it exists in the first place.

Never seen a blade dangling so in no hurry to correct it.

Finally got a reply from local distributer on new shaft.. now the wait for it to arrive and be shipped out.

Took my Xeno out yesterday. Built it in the morning in a couple of hours and was on the slope by the afternoon. Great flyer with the Tuning power set. No balancing or trimming required really except a little to bring the nose down a bit under power. I got the kit with the metal shaft 73 3505 and it works very well. It has a bit of vibration when it's powered up initially, which I presume is to do with the blades spinning out to the correct position?

Had power loss flying my Xeno today, throttled back to glide in. Found that one of the motor wires I had tucked away had come loose and fouled the motor. I should have put a clip of some sort in to tether the wires, definitely gonna do that now. Lesson learnt.

drill a small hole in the plastic wall between the motor/battery area's and use a light cable tie to keep the cables on the side wall and away from the motor .........

Sound like a good plan for keeping the cables tidy. I've got some 1300 lipos I'm going to use in mine, so I've ordered some MPX connectors to fit to them. Is it pretty obvious which pins I solder the lipo terminals to?
