Happy to say he was. I've been having trouble when flying into the Sun. Yep everything goes really dark and where I fly are a lot of trees so it was a bit of guess work most of the time, going into and coming out of the Sun. This little camera negates the vision going all dark when going into Bright light. Had extremely good vision all through the flight. No going dark while the camera figures out Bright Light and normal light. For $50 or around about delivered to your door I reckon its damn Good Value. It comes with another board which is for setting it up to your taste. Once done disconnect the menu board and go fly.

My customer service chick,Zoe..( I assume it's a chick) assures me my replacement is on it's way.....doesn't matter as I ordered my Bixler yesterday..

I have floats here for my Funcub mate but I'm sure they'll adapt to the SW!

I flew the SW today and let a mate wear the goggles, he said it was crystal clear so I think it's ready to be flown full immersion without any hick ups!

And, I have the bixler flying really well too do I just have to wait for the pods to arrive then I can have a quick set up rig for those lazy days where I can't be stuffed setting up all the SW ground station stuff!

Spot S of the Gong looks great. How about Stanwell Park? Its down that way and a mecca for slope soaring.

Here is a video posted on another forum. The operator is from NZ and has his CPL. He says his setup owes him $80k . I told him he could do the same thing with a $100 hobbyking order and $30 of Nintendo parts .

Haha yeah you're right.

They have some pretty nice camera stabilisation gear and two guys to run it. One on controls and one on camera. The heli is electric too.
