Give him a bad experience and I can almost guarantee he will not be saying nice things.

Those 6 blokes might then pass that on to 6 blokes, and before I know it, there are a stack of flyers that won't pay me a visit!!

I just don't understand how some businesses don't see that! It takes very little to keep a customer happy.

A happy customer might not tell anyone about your shop. But an unhappy one surely will.

Funny you say that... I am in the process of getting stickers and cards etc made up. My last batch of cards just ran out. Xmas has got in the way, so it will probably be the new year now.

I am happy to help people where I can, and in the process, hope to earn an honest living.

NICE!!!

A little hint... Have both values on screen. The Baro ALT on the ladder, but also keep the GPS ALT in the corner somewhere. That way if one of them starts giving a false reading, you can have the other as a reference.

ALSO... like most of these things... Let the plane sit out at the flying field for 10 minutes before you fly. This will give the sensors time to adjust to the conditions. An air-conditioned car is a bit different from a hot, humid flying field.

I started out selling only FlyCamOne2 products. Basically because there was nobody offering them here, and so I dealt directly with Acme to import them. Now Model Engines does that.

I basically want to concentrate on what is not too easily found in Australia to allow Aussie flyers (mainly fpv and aerial photography) somewhere to get these products.

I am slowly building my product line. Fat Sharks are on the way... Eagle Tree are now on board... so things are progressing nicely.

Ahh Yes - You and a long list of others.

I have one that I have built - but it needs some bugs ironed out.

I have a couple of people who will be "Guinea-pigging" a couple for me - one of which is the monster 60inch!! WOO HOO!!

I think the 60 inch will be the pick of the bunch for size and stability.
