Theres a "gliding" club here... RAMS, problem is you can only fly on Sunday's, Wednesday's & Monday's between 8am & 11:59am... well I work 2 of those days and the weather might be crappy on Sunday, the nice huge park is free 90% of the time but nooooooo...

So we will just go down to the esplanade at raby bay and FPV from there, every time we go at least 1 person will stop to have a look and they really love it... not 1, NOT 1!! complaint...

So we need a spot where there is nobody is sight to complain

There is for Motor Vehicle - but that does not apply to the statement re aircraft.

If you want to get technical a model aircraft could be a free flight jobbie with a rubberband as the "motor"... where will they draw the line.

One guy even got done flying nitro at the park, he went to court, fought it and won!

Just thought I would intro myself and show a quick clip of where I fly in Richmond.

FPV FW190 at Nelson Farm 2007 (3 min 6 sec)

This vid was done when I was comming to grips with the transmitters and antennas with more range and power. The plane is almost dead as you can see in the video as it was mainly my test muel for different cam transmitter and antenna configs.

It's a Gulani FW190 with 3900Kv Geared motor with standard props of 10x8 a $15 eBay special Camera (who knows what, never seen this one again) with a 600mah 1.2ghz transmitter and stock antennas.

hey Kev,

Those servos look quite good and for the price i don't really think that you can go wrong. I will need some servos for the new bird that is coming soon, so will put them into consideration. Build to be logged here.
