As there is NO clear definition in the Act, there is nothing they can fine you against.

I don't mean to harp mate, but I have been at this for over 5 years now, and probably have about 1000 emails in correspondence from a stack of government agencies including ACMA and CASA.

The more we talk about it here, the more likely they will move to change the act.

There was a revision put forward to include a statement of "Video Transmitters are not Considered Telemetry" However, it was never passed.

I reckon we just shut up about it and enjoy our FPV while we can.

Thanks for your advice. As I previously posted, if mis-information is posted I shall reply in order to correct it. If others chime in, I shall reply as required. I didn't start this fiasco, but I don't plan to be bullied into submission.

I'm not ignorant of the potential for damage, but I'm not going to cop it up the rear end either.
