Prop in slot Kfir / Mirage 6mm depron

Profile prop in slot Kfir/Mirage 6mm depron

here is my latest untried plan,.. its full size for any risk takers to tryout,.. as of yet I have no idea of the weight or center of gravity any testers wanna try it out go for it,..

I suspect it should fly just like the draken,...(please oh please oh please)

%100 inspired by GGRN's build

I plan on building it soon myself to work out any possible bugs

specs as of now:

Wingspan: 27.375”
Length: 41.5”Motor: 2212-06 (2200kv)
Prop: APC 6x4E
6mm depron.
2 Servos on the elevons only.

***UPDATE!!!!*** I will be revising in a major way,.. the only reason why the wing was so high was to accomadate the forward fuse,.. as i lower the wing, the forward fuse no longer makes sense to have BUT I will be losing extra lift,... and the knife edge profile look

I suspect this is why certain models 'werk' and some don't!

Yeah, it's tough to do a profile of these types of planes, unless you build up the upper fuse area like nac did with his F-4 Phantom. Because there are no intakes under the wing, you have a hard time creating an electronics bay.

Good luck on the revisions. Study up on nac's F-4 to get some ideas about how to still create a 3D nose section. You can use separate pieces of foam to the intakes for that if need be.

Sorry for grave digging (but it is nearly Halloween), but was this ever built? Any thought on moving the motor back so the slot would not be open at the top or bottom? Thanks in advance if you care to respond. Hollis
