RE: AOL and mime - I found this on the web doing a google search:

(thinking from the headers on the e-mail that Phil is using version 7 of AOL)

Unfortunately, I've never used AOL so I have no idea if this works or not. If I'm wrong about the version, scrolling up or down might get to the correct version. Looking at the version 8 workaround doesn't look pretty...
