I couldn't resist scaling the original SkyBuggy 300 down for the AR6400/PKZ3351 equipment.

The SkyBuggy (100) is through development and entering production within the next two weeks. Construction is traditional built-up rather than the all sheet "DiddleBug" style construction of our other Ultra Micro 2.4 DSM2 models.

Very nice looking plane but 2 ounce is kind of heavy isn't it? Maybe tie AR6400 and BL motor set up would be good for that kit.

Thanks Bob - I'm loving your Bat design!

SkyBuggy 100's 2oz AUW fits well within the scope of sport flying this model. ROG's and rapid climb within the pattern are not a problem. Aerobatics, however, will require carefully managed energy and throttle.. Low and slow around the pattern shooting touch and goes is the charm. Our intent with this (and upcoming designs) is to use the BL180 power system from the, yet to be released, BEAST for more aggressive performance.

Here is my J-3 version 2, I manage to reduce AUW to 39g with aileron servo. Just maiden yesterday and it flew great with rudder/elevator. Once get used to it I will connect the aileron to try

What's the wingspan Buratino?

Hi, wingspan is 21", Im now looking for a lighter wheels as the current one a bit heavy (wheel + landing gear is 3g).

It's very easy to make those wheels light.

Pull the tire off the Plastic center. Press the plastic center into takeout tray depron. Cut out the depron disks, bond 3 layers together and Xacto/sand a groove for the tire.

Styrene tube or a coffee stirrer can be used for an axle tube.

For my Stampe undercarriage, I just used the main undercarriage from one of my Parkzone Su-26m's. There are two carbon rods that make an X shape, from the top of the inter plane struts to where the axle is meant to be, so I taped it to that. It makes a nice light, bouncy undercarriage. The wheels you've used look better though.

It was given to me by a club member, he had won it at our annual Xmas Party. Decided I would have the most fun withit.

Originally MSRP was $49 and our club picked it up from the LHS for $30.

I was impressed with how everything kinda fell into place. Basically all that was added was a flat cf pc under the bellcrank assembly. Oughta be hoot during pylon racing.
