Yeah, it requires a space shuttle licence to get there. Take a trip to NASA's DMV to apply for one.

yeah i priced the license. its a bit expensive plus the rocket fuel is kinda hard to find...

This one is a scratch build form 3 views.

sorry but no build thread

the foam is fan fold blue house wrap from Lowes .I sand it down to about 1/8 inch. I havent got my foam slicer working yet

What's not right is selling a little circuit board with a couple of crappy linear servos on it for $59. Oh, and yeah I get it, ESC, 2 servos and a Rx. I understand and still don't think that it should cost that much. What would be too good to be true is if HH started offering their products at reasonable prices.

Received my Target Hobby "AR6400"s today.

They are definitely clones and not identical to a real AR6400's, but it may be actually improved from an old short throw brick.

The servos are smooth and chatter free. The Weight is about .25g more @ 4.11g. The board is 1mm longer (the same length as the L board), which might acound for some of the weight.

So they don't appear to be close out AR6400's but new manufactured bricks, so I would think the $20 price is here to stay.

Sweet. $20 is way better than $60 at least as far as my math goes in this case. I'm gonna grab a couple this week.

Well here's my new 3 channel plane, with a Champ's brick and a 4-site motor this plane is a BLAST to fly!

When my dad flew it and said that it was more fun to fly than the champ because it is slightly more maneuverable, more powerful and will slow down to a crawl if you want it to!(I agree)

Oh nothing really. I'ld say that the AR6400 and L aren't as popular anymore.

I for one got annoyed with it. It is convenient that everything you need is there, but that what makes it inconvenient at the same.

Add that to the fact that separate individual components soon followed such as The DT receivers, HK (and other identical brand) servos, and the ability to have brushless with a loss effort.
