Mine crops the bottom of aswell on Pal with Pixim Seawolf 690.
Pal is 576 x 720 and this recorder can only record NTCS resolutions of 480 x 720

Thanks for confirming it is a Pal/NTSC issue, I suppose if i just order a NTSC cam next time that will fix the problem?
OSD can take both.

Yes... An NTSC cam would fix that.

Anyone ever have their BEVRC DVR PV700 not turn anymore? I got all of 1 hour of buggy/glitchy use, before it "bricked" itself and no longer turns on...

Pity it doesn't have a Record Button on the box.

I doubt it auto records either... I like the capability to flip the power switch on my GS and everything is ready to go...

You can try using Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0. Their is a bit of a learning curve to it, but it's powerful and well documented with tutorials and I downloaded it for free.
Hope that helps

**EDIT**
Looks like they shut down the registration server...weird, it was up and running when I DL'd the suite. Still worth a try if you can get it to work.

Mine has. Especially if it loses all video signal, like if I power off the video Tx and then power it back on while the DVR is still recording.

Mine has a firmware version of B257.11.06.22. Is there a newer version available?
