Not sure why this would be bad..... FHSS-1 has more range than someone can see a 3 meter glider and is faster than most systems...

FHSS-3 is designed for incredibly fast response time, and is oriented around digital servos.

If it was me i would prefer to have a FHSS-1 in a DLG especially considering a lot of people are using D-60 and D-47.

Where did you find this listed? I just went to the site and couldn't find anything that showed this package on sale. The did have the RDS8000 on sale in the Thanksgiving flyer but nothing on the SD-10G.

Surely by now, at least a few folks have gotten their SD-10g all set up for their DLG. How about uploading your programs here and sharing with those of us who are apparently too thick-skulled? (ok, I mean ME)....

What are you having problems with?

I'm having some discussions with the voices in my head about the benefits of having different flight modes set up. I'd like to see what others have done in this regard. I'm also curious what people are doing as far as setup of flap/camber/dials.

I've got my camber on the left slider, my launch preset on the spring loaded switch and my flaps on the stick.

I don't have differen't flight modes other than a stick switch on the throttle stick, that switches it to landing mode, after moving it down a click or two. And the spring loaded switch changes to take off mode when I press it in, giving the trim change.

For flying I just have the normal mode and make camber adjustments with the slider. I'm no pro, but it works pretty well for me.

Did you get your "Elastonator" from Skip or Cody?

Since I'm thumb-challenged (no thumb) on my left hand, the elastonator thing would cause me problems. I find it easier to have the left dial handle the flaps. Plus, I'm going to have to send in the radio to get a spring-loaded switch put in in place of the large 3-position on the left side. Anybody have any experience with sending in their radio for this kind of change?

Haha, just a rubber band from my old drawer of rubber bands.

I'm not worthy of an Elastonator just yet .

It's definitely one of the best things I've done concerning flaps yet though.

Have you talked to JOLOVINS? He said he was going to send his in. BTW, when I had my RDS8000 repaired (broken gimbal wire ) turn around was blazingly fast.
