Problem with Hyperion EOS Duo charger

Hello guys!

I have both Hyperion Duo I and Duo III chargers.
Both chargers were upgraded to firmware 2.3(Duo I) and 3.2 (Duo III)
Both were working fine until last week.
For some reason, my Duo I suddenly becomes strange.
When I change from program to program or between chanels, I noticed a drop in speed between the commands on the screen.
My Duo I now is slower than before!!!
Can you help me?
Am I correct if I suppose that the more I program all memories, there will be a drop in performance in my Duo?
My Duo III is perfect!!!!
Best Regards

I have no idea but why not program say 2 memories and try it then program 20 and try it again to see if it has any effects?
