You might have to set the throttle range on those individually. This is the ESC that others have had success with...

http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbycity/s...d_programmable)

The way I set mine was the plug them into the throttle channel of the RX and set them up by stick, one by one. I never got the desired effect however and in the end went with Turnigy Plush. You might have better luck though as mine were a different non card programmable cheap Chinese ESC.

i have a lot of bad experience with hobbyking ss esc. I am almost 100% sure that this esc does not have min and mas setting. When set power to full and connect battery, you will hear that first beep which is program mode ( not min and max setting) no space or time for min and max setting. Someone who have a lot of experience about this hobbyking ss esc, please help me answer this.

there are two version of hobbyking ss esc
1. hobbyking SS esc
2. hobbyking SS esc (card programable)
i think the diff between the two type is one can not program by card and another can program by card.

but both of them can be program with same result using TX right?

if both of them can be program with same result using TX, then both of them can not set min and max.

this is the one without word (card programable) and i think it mean that you can not use card to program it, you will have to do it manually by TX radio with sound beep

Are you sure that you are talking about hobbyking ss esc (without word "card programble) because when i connect battery, the first beep and following beep is for program mode such as lipo, Nimh, and brake off. No space or time for min and max setting. I have both 18 A and 25A.

the above esc are two diff. version (without card programable) and (card programable)
I have tried (without card programable) and i am sure that this esc can not be set to min and max throttle setting. but i never try (card programable) one, but i think they are the same.

noppita, I'll try different ESC's but the problem is all the ones I wanted are not in stock. It is so frustrating not being able to get the parts I want and more over not being able to fly the quad

Which towerpro do you use?

saucisse - i run these - http://cgi.ebay.com/New-RC-Hobbies-E...ht_3017wt_1137 they work w/ the turnigy programming card and my motors start at the same time. i would recommend also ordering a turnigy programming card as that makes programming a mere 15sec/esc experience http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...idProduct=2169 (sadly out of stock)

i have read that the turnigy plush are the same as rctimer programmable, hobbywing pentium, but i can verify 100% that the ones i have linked to do in fact work w/ the programming card and work correctly in setting up the throttle max/min setup. hope this helps

bob

turnigy programming card will work with hobbyking ss esc (card programable), but he does not have this type, he has (without card programable) and the turnigy programming card does not allow to set min and max, it only has those thing , lipo, nimh, brake off, time mode, soft start. the problem is min and max setting
