That looks awesome Jakub! You change the arm a bit and flip it huh?
If the battery could be in the middle of the two plates it would be better. I'm always worried about hard landing that would destroy battery. Plus the legs are bent easily, so there is no protection for battery there. ALso, someone may be interested in doing AP, and thus they have to hang the camera in the bottom, with a battery there, it might be hard to put in the camera holder / hanger
Just some of my 2 cents thought

This frame is too small for serious AP I think.
Flying FPV with small camera and video TX will be no problem.

I have bigger frame "in pipeline" for AP, but six or octo...

I have version 2 - will show today probably.
I have an idea to make a few this frames and sell with
looow price for persons who want to test this kind of frame.
(Somebody interested?)

I'm curious your opinions about material - it is "Alubond"
- composite material 0.3mm aluminium + 1.6mm PE + 0.3mm Al.
It is diferent than G10 or carbon, but I like it.

Finaly I'll make this king frame using G10 too.

Jakub
Jakub, I want to test one of yours frames. Thanks

Measure voltages across the atmel chip Vcc and GND to see if you have anything correct (near 5v) there. Make sure the LED is still working
when you reprogram the chip, does it do verify the flash content?
If you have a check on the clk/8, it might take a long time before the LED lights up or turns off.

Just spend a few minutes to set the tail up, just liek you would on a CP heli. A simple frame to loosly hold the ri, but enough to let it fly, and get the revs up and adjust the mechanical centre so the tail stays where you put it. You don't realkly need HH.

Just my 2c, Mike.

Hi all

Is there anyway the clk test can be done without the KK board. Can a led be placed on certain ic pins and IC powered up on a breadboard or proto board for example.

You should be able to check the clock if you hook up the chip to your programmer and read the settings with AVR studio 4.

Just connect the appropriate pins from the chip on the right below to the corresponding sockets on the programmer. You may also need to put some power into the board depending upon your setup.

Zotfidjy,

What is the measurement from motor to motor? Your quad looks great! But, it seems bigger than most.

I have been using extreme burner so far... Noticed the lack of a lot of options.. What programmer do you pick when using AVR Studio 4? I have the USBASP one and it is not in the options.
