I've seen the HK KK2 with LCD flying at our club. That works very well and is so adjustable.

Have a look at my blog here at RCG there's a few bits and pieces. Also have a look at Tricopter Builders on Facebook.
There's a few pics up there. That community is linked to my own FB page.
I made a quad a while back but having come from flying helis I didn't like the way it handled.
Now I'm building a H quad for fpv and to play with RTL and megapirate stuff with GPS.

either gonna build a tricopter in t formation with an upside down rear motor or a vtail with the motors angled at 45 degrees looks neat just tryin to understand is there any handling difference to angling motors or just looks.

As far as I know the v tail woks the yaw by having the tail motors arranged to compete.
So to yaw one is slowed down and the other sped up. The angle is needed to port the thrust in either direction

Hi group!
i want to share this 2 short videos that i recently film with my tri. with gopro v1 the only new thing in my tri. its that right now it have carbon fiber props 11x4.7sf from bevrc. this props give little more fly time and are really crash resistent.
