Nope. The stock battery is a 4.8v pack, the mCX battery is only 3.7v and 110mah. There's lipo's from Losi that fit the DT, I believe they even sell a 3s one for that chassis. The 2s 300mah is probably your best bet.

I would say yes and no, if your Rx is capable of running 2S it shouldn't be too hard to make a simple cable that will allow you to plug two Mcx cells in
Series with a plug that will fit your car.

Only thing is how long they would last and do they have a high enough C rating, my miniaviation 180mah 15C would prob be ok but I don't know the rating of the stock cells.

2 of them, that`s a good idea! It`s just the stock ESC, so I`m not sure how many C it can handle, but a lipo wont destroy it right? Those little lipos do have a lot of power, and can easily get 10 mins with the dual motors on an mCX, so I`m sure 2 would probably be enough in a DT!
Or I can put one in a Zip Zap, now that would be cool!

C rating is how many time the capacity a cell can deliver, e.g. 150Mah 10C LiPo can give 150 x 10 = 1500Mah for 1/10 of an hour. If your stock NiMh pack is say 200Mah and it lasts 6mins then the car needs 2000Mah, if you Mcx cells are 110Mah they would only last about 3mins.

Check your ESC manual as to what voltage it can take, a 2S LiPo can be as much as 8.4V when fully charged. If your ESC can take it then you should be fine, your best speaking to peoe who have these as I'm mainly a helicopter guy at the moment.

That`s pretty cool Shin! I was actually gonna do that once lol. Did you buy it like that or you put your own electronics in? If you did, pics of how you did it would be cool!
