Lama V3 Brushless Turning Problem

Hi,
i wanted to make my lama brushless but i have a little problem that my heli when i connect it it works ok but DONT Want to turn left or right when i connect in other way the tail mixer the heli runs and turns left right but dont have power to lift up and the bottom blades are running wild and stop every sec. and again run what can be the problem??

Im using

Half of 4in1 esky
GWS Vtail <-- Its a strange one flat black
10A ESC from local shop
EK2-0704b Gyro

Im thinking is it bcoz of gyro ? or mabey the tail mixer is faulty and the esc need to be better ( ill buy normal Trunigy + Prog. Card )
What can be the problem?
Ill try to make video tommorow.

Telebee gr201 works fine with a Turnigy vtail mixer also. No reason to spend $25 on a "coaxial mixer" and skimp on the gyro. Better to buy a cheap mixer and a good heading hold gyro.

The problem is more than likely your gyro. You may want to use the Esky gyro, but many a person reported problems with using the exact same gyro you have.

The GR302 is a bit heavier if I remember right. I'm thinking it was about double the weight of the GR201. No reason to go with a 12 gram gyro when a 6 gram will work.

As far as I know the EK2-0704A was "twitchy" on everyone's chopper who tried it. I'm sure you can get the gyro adjusted down far enough to make it work, the problem then is that the heli will drift rather than hold heading.

Btw, what transmitter are you using?

The telebee gr201 is most definitely a better gyro than the ek2-0704b for this application.

I got to reading your original post more though, and I'm thinking that perhaps you need to hold off on buying a new gyro for a bit till you get both sets of your rotor blades spinning up normally.

Did you already order the Turnigy mixer? What about your ESC? You say they are 10a from a local shop. If they're the non programmable 10a that Hobby Lobby normally carries I can tell you that they don't have a high enough resolution to use on a coax, and their end points won't work without a programmable radio. (I've tried them)

Just edited my post. I actually think your ESC might be the issue more so than the mixer.
