Hi Flyboone,

Will they be CE compliant or FCC only ?

Because here in Europe customs are sometimes a "little" twitchy with compliance.

Or should we expect CE compliant ones in sale in Europe ?

Thank you.

Hey guys,
Attached is a photo showing the receiver/servo brick. The tranny is mode 2 and it is FCC and CE compliant. We will have some more models coming next year.

Thanks,

Why do you have to wait until next year? We have a few month to go to the end of this year. By that time, HH should have more models to choose from. Do you carry any parts of your model? Thanks.

Ok, its a brick and the servos are part of the receiver. These are conventional type design servos with gears.

Look forward to flying one this weekend Jason. Glad they fly as well as the preproduction version we saw a few weeks ago. If you haven't shipped David Wendt's to him I'd be glad to carry it back to him and save you the shipping cost. I promise I won't fly it (fingers crossed)!

Thanks for offer Pete. I already wrote up the order though. We do have a full line of spare parts here right now. We'll get them up on the website asap.

Thanks,

are stores gonna carry these? or is this a website only buy?
i worry about buying fragile planes like this online, because of shipping mishandling.

I put the image of the eRC brick above a new Hobbico Playmate brick. I think they look pretty similar. I wonder if the electronics come from the same factory or the same designer. And might they work with each others TX...?

Yes, I read that, and I like what they are saying and I probably will get one, IF that transmitter turns out to be OK.
I ended up getting a RTF Parkzone UM-P51 because no one had BNFs at the time. Just for kicks I bound up the RTF transmitter last Sunday and it handled HORRIBLE. After a few minutes I went back to the DX7.
I wonder if HL will eventually come up a six or 7 channel computer radio when some model memory, of there own to support these planes?
I know I would get them if they did that.

It would be better if HL just made DSM2 compatible BNF aircraft
