Ya, I have a dealer login so I guess I can't see that. I only see non-member and dealer price.

Sorry about the "name your own price" that was a mistake on the site, you will be refunded your money through PayPal I have your order information in front of me, give it a few days. Of course we cant sell a Warbird for 5$ allthough they are on Christmas sale right now for 15.99, thats as low as they will get and will go back to 17.77 after Christmas

BTW

This "cargo" C-130ish guy looks pretty interesting...

The Cargo Transport is a very cool model complete with everything including battery, and field charger. All you need is RX and 2 servos. the model can be assembled in about 90 minutes if you take your time. There will be a build thread about this model coming to Rcgroups shortly. Keep an eye out for it

The price dropped to 13.99 per plane in my cart. That must be a mistake.

Well I just purchased a P40 for $13.99 plus shipping so I hope that they honor it since the transaction went through. Payment was via Paypal.

OK seeing as this is sought of becoming the cox micro warbird thread "III" can any of you fella's that have owned various different versions of these airframes comment on which ones are the most robust and which ones are more fragile?

I believe I can remember reading in the Cox Warbird's thread(s) I or II that the P-40 and ME(BF)-109 have 'weak' spots in the fuselage or other areas like the elevator(s) etc?

Just looking for general information on which ones are the most robust. I suspect it may be the Zero, FW-190, Corsair etc, with the 109, P40 and spit being the less robust. But only working off of memory from the vast ealier threads.

I've seen all 8 and they all have weak spots. It just depends on how they hit the ground. For example the Zero has a weak spot just behind the top of the cowl, but withstood a full speed dive into packed dirt. Only damage was a broken wood firewall.

The 109 has the weakest tail section.

just ordered the C130 and the price was $29.95...lower than stated.

I'll be interested to see what it's like. I'm an old retired Herc navigator, so I just had to have one. Retired in 1989.

All the batts we have sent out for reviews have gotten great feedback. I have two packs myself and they are great packs. The ones we have at the field flying right now are also doing very well.

Great plane, you'll enjoy it. Very easy to do an aileron mod on it.
