In case anyone wants to reminisce about any old radios they have or used to have. My best friend has all my Pro-Line RC stuff from the those days long past.
I had a Pro-Line TX for boats that wasn't in their collection. I used it with sailboats interestingly enough. Pro-Line had these huge water cooled motor controlers you used on big scale boats and the TX was setup with two large sticks that simulated the dual motor throttles on a boat.

Gang,
Mr. Crotty.... (RC HallofFame) is really a neat guy !
He will have a new exhibit (Best Pilot) I bet in the near future.

Pro-Line,Kraft,Orbit,Ace,Heathkit..had them all. The Pro-Line radios with the open gimbal machined aluminium yokes was the best. I learned 4 channel flying on a Orbit single stick. Single sticks are something you don't see anymore and I am not sure why as they give you a sort of "pinch the stick" instead of" thumbs" flying mode.
