nitro tamiya grasshopper?

hey, i was wondering if i could convert te tamiya grasshopper the reissue one, to nitro power? i was thinking of putting a .12 size engine on it....do you think it could be done? also will the gears be good?

It will be interesting to see how/where you mount the engine, and get the power to the transmission.

If you mount the engine in the tub/chassis, it is going to be very difficult to get the power to the transmission.

If you mount the engine on/in the transmission on the rear, its going to look funny, and be very unbalanced.
