Really sorry guy's! I am really bad about holding things in or Out which ever way it is until I can't any more. So If you see me going off on something for no reason you know why! Thank a million for every thing! I think I may actually get some sleep tonight. Having let down my guard!

Not sure how good the Align plastic tail servo mounts are, but on the HK gt kit this is a must replace part to the metal (CMT) version
Yeah in hindsight it was actually kinda silly for me to even put those cheap plastic tail servo mounts back on again. The old saying live and learn comes to mind. On both crashes it was only the tail area that took the brunt. So i was atleast thankfull for that. ( no electronics were hurt in this filming ) I have an order coming in 2marrow from helidirect. Going to do a makeover on this align 500. ( yellow this time, No GREEN this time evltoy ) Ha ha ..*inside joke*
Yellow fusuno assasin canopy. Neon yellow fb paddles, skids, fins, and tail blades . Ill send you pics if you like.

Here is the best selection. http://www.fusuno.com/ But the shipping here to states kills it for me.

So i buy from here. www.helidirect.com

Here is the canopy i purchased. http://fusuno.com/product_info.php?c...ducts_id=15648 Still a nice price. only the shipping cost sucks. well that and there slow. Helidirect is only 4 days.

I just bought 6 of these. Will report back.

http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...dProduct=20694

I've had good luck with these in 6S 1300 so far with a 450. That thing is POWERED UP compared to 3S I haven't hit the limits of pitch yet; haven't even tried (scared) nothing makes the head slow down.. Probably will need some better gears soon.

Knock on wood, I have 2 of those packs for my 500ESP. So far after about 15 cycles they are going strong with no puffing and great power. I only fly them for 4.5 minutes. BF put me on to these packs from ebay http://www.ebay.com/itm/2600MAH-6S-3...item3a7bb5c732

Also you have epbuddy usa http://epbuddy.com/index.php?main_pa...roducts_id=364

Almost all my 3300 Blue Lipos have dropped out (10) with bad cells (1 pack with crash) over the past year and a half. Puffed & $50 each.

Actually 8 were the $30 special when Xheli had that fire sale. I think those were crappy packs. They emitted a strong smell, and were probably leaky. I just used them for another year.

I just have 2 Blue Lipo and 3 3300 SkyLipo 'good' batteries now, which are probably going to puff in a couple years also. It's the cost of cheap batteries.

The TP equivalent per pack is about $140. Should I do the math?

ummm... If your Lipos are "leaky" you wouldnt be around when you charge them.. In fact they wouldnt have made it into the shipping box to your place. If you have a smell coming from them I would be very, VERY careful charging & using them.

You are putting yourself at risk.

10 lipos with bad cells indicate a bad batch or maybe a return (xdemo). What type of charger do you run and what is your charge/discharge regime?

The way I see it.. I crash and when I crash I take out a lipo. If a cheap good lipo can last a year I'm cool with that as I'll most likely going to tacho the darn thing before its life runs out.

I have been running turnigy 2650 30C - 40C(max) lipo with a fair bit of cycles (over 60) and none of my packs have more then .020v difference. Not bad for $42 lipos

I discard any damaged batteries, and am fairly safe, but don't treat these as small explosives. The worst that could happen is it would emit smoke and some flaming debris during charging in my home. I have it under control.

I mean i am aware of what could happen and charge in a safe place. I have seen probably a dozen batteries light off in crashes. Or by dropping big rocks on smashed (crashed) packs. A guy says he has shot at old packs with a .22, but it's not very interesting I guess.
