Server PS to Bench PS

Hi,

I've a Compaq server supplies 226519-001.(not PC PS), they use blade style connectors for the input/output current and small 4x5 pin connector(it look like our receiver pin) for the logic and sense.

It has 6set of blade on the left with the same side panel stamp N G L, I guess its the input but why 6 instead of only 3 is needed?
on the other side there is 4set of blade and 4x5 small pin in the center.

how to make it work? which sensing wire to short to turn it on?

Thanks

Thanks,
Lionel

If I'm reading that label correctly, that has a 51.4 volt output and a 5 volt output, not very useful as a bench supply, is it?

Hi,

If anyone need a high voltage server PS (51.2V 57A) , please take a look at this thread below. It can be turn by a JR plug with 3 wire twisted together.
Hope this help.
