Oh FT... a little more info on the main wing Pl. Did you use any carbon rod or anything to stiffen it. You haven't shown much about it.

Nice video... great looking plane... looks like a lot of fun. Reminds me a bit of a CL415... which begs the question: "How about a seaplane version?"

Now your singing my song. Stop it, I just do not have the time. I had the same thought.

Foam and Tape,

You've done a great job at getting all the dimensional information. It really looks to be a light build for its size. You need to show the details for the operational loading door.

Ken

Edit: Sorry I just saw the door detail in the first post. Great job!

That is awsome! I thought it looked and flew light.

Say, should'nt that have been the triplets? I saw three in the pictures and now your building the fourth.

hahahaha just got the 3rd one done, its for a freind to fly at KEIF. We took it down to my small creek in my back yard and surprisingly it took off took a while, though one of the wingtips kept dipping into the water and dragged it to the left I think he filmed the whole fiasco.... He's going to upload it to Utube.

do you have to have differential throttle or can you just use control surfaces?

control surfaces work just fine, prop hanging is more difficult (I didin't have enough yaw control)

ok cool. can you make another movie of the cargo planes? could you drop the parachute men from higher up? they drop kind of fast so what i would do is take 2 grocery bags tied to a plastic fireman and he droped a lot slower. what you do to fold the bags: put the two bags together fold them in half long ways, roll them up then fold it in half again. don't roll it to tight or it won't open in the air. wrap the string around and put it in the plane. ( if it won't fit smash it up a little.) thats the best way i've found to do it. http://www.facebook.com/video/video...308&ref=profile heres the movie on how to wrap the parachute. might be easier to understand. if the link doesn't work let me know.

also instead of having to drop them out couldn't you make another door at the front of the cargo area and make that channel six so the wind would pull them out more realistically? an inside opening door.
