ClearView Landscape Editing

I want to add some land marks to existing ClearView landscapes to be used for setting up airplane landing patterns.

I believe this can be done using photo editors like Photoshop. In fact, I have already experimented by adding simple vertical lines to "cvimg" files in the landscapes folder.

But I want to use more realistic objects, for instance trees, towers, wind socks, etc. Can anyone please point me towards third party sources where I may be able to find such object images?

Or perhaps there is another way to do this - like ?copy/edit/paste - using objects found in other existing ClearView landscapes?
