Thanks! It sometimes takes someone to point out things that I missed. I had read that post. After you posted I reread it. I thought she was talking about another clip. I can see now that she may have indeed been talking about the missing clip we here are asking about. There is a language barrier,no doubt. I myself have never had a "c" clip come off any motor.
I need help can anyone compress the and email the video I made to Nina. I have an old slow computer. I will start trying now.

On my last order I purchased JST XH 4s lipo extensions. They are put together wrong. See pics. When connected it puts the red wire on the opposite side. I have ordered 2s and 3s from you and all past were correct. all the others were multi colored wires and 8" long these are barely 4". The cost to sent these back is approx 4.20 USD they only cost 5.50. Should I send these back? Thank you for your time! Mike

Several attempts to contact you via email have failed! I have not received the motor you had made for testing. I have placed another order since your last post. I have posted pics and sent email stating that the polarity was incorrect on the 4s lipo ext. Also unanswered. Do you require some type of assistance? Is there anything I can do to help? Since you have not posted here in over a week, and are directing questions to email, I can only assume you are no longer working for RC Timer. I miss the quick response time to all our questions. I will miss you!

I checked the 3530-14 listed on the website, and it doesn't look like this one, are these motors available yet? Also, do you have a 950kv version of the 3530 motor?
