Ive placed several orders thru RCT and never had any issues, until just recently. I put in an order for (2) packages of silicone wire, waited for a month and a half. Just the other day after I had all but given up (1) package arrived (missing 1 meter of red and 1 meter of black) . Oh well, all good things must come to an end I guess.

Yeah my first order with them went smooth, my second not so well, it showed shipped but no tracking number, so I politly asked if they could provide me one and the anwser I got was something like this " We will provide one when package ships" then I replyed to that with "Sorry to be so persistent about my order but it shows that it shipped 4 days ago" Well I never got that stupid tracking number after all, package just arrived one day.

This is an example of exceptional service, I will be buying from them again for sure, further more if my lost shipment ever shows-up I will pay them for the replacement that they will be sending out to me.

So they made good on their promise, replacement order showed-up on my door step on Monday.

Wanting to order a quadcopter kit with them. But I cannot find any stock indication. Am I missing something?

If you asking about quantity in stock then they do not post it, and if the item is out of stock, then it will most likely not let you add it to the cart (never happened to me)

If that's the case I'm fine with it. Just don't want to order something and have to wait for months to get it because it's not in stock
Furthermore I noticed most people are satisfied with rctimer?

My recent experience is very good. My latest order took only 7 days to Calgary Canada

Well, when stuff is complete and well packaged like Hobbyking I won't hesitate to order. It's the Goodluckbuy experiences of many people that make me nervous..

I am a long-time buyer from RCT. I just placed an order a week ago and should be here any day. Still satisfied, despite a few hiccups here and there (just like any vendor).

Look like molex, I couldn't be sure when I looked my own self on the rctimer web site. Not sure why I did not / could not invoke the big, pretty picture.

One other question:
I have ordered from rctimer via ebay. Is ordering from their web site any slower/faster or more/less reliable?
