Hi, a few weeks ago rctimer sent me the wrong motors I had ordered. This is the Order #20110823070008
I am just wanting confirmation that rctimer has posted the replacement motors to me please. Its been a couple of weeks since our last email communication.

BTW everything I have bought from RCTimer so far has been great. I havent had any faults or problems with any of the goods I have bought. Im very happy with the goods so far.

I emailed them a week ago and posted here.

Clearly their customer support is gone, they don't answer anymore.

Hmmm, I have just sent rctimer an email because one of my 3 motors I recently ordered for a new tricopter build is very bad.
The hole for the shaft in the alloy end is badly off centre and makes the propellor adapter wobble very badly, rendering the motor useless.
The other 2 motors are fine as are the 3 ESC's I ordered.

I await their response and will report back here.

In case anyone from rctimer does see this, then my order # 20110815040009

I got a reply from Nina at rctimer.
They offered to send me a new shaft ?? - it's not the shaft, it's the end can that's the problem.
I replied to Nina explaining this and await a response.

Anyway, I need the motor this weekend, so took matters into my own hands (that's the warranty out of the window then!).

Dismantled the motor, bored out the shaft hole and faced off the can to make it square.
Made a bush to press into the end can and bored it square, drilled and tapped the M3 fixing screw.

Before rebuilding it, I'll replace the bearings as they are 'gritty' when running the shaft around by hand.

A lot of work on my part, just to correct the really poor manufacture of this motor.

Yeah, I have gotten no response from them on my latest order with the defective cell meter.

I'm done with them, just another Chinese company with horrible service and now it seems declining quality.

Just a thought- have you written them using their contact on their web page? I have written them several times in the past and someone always returns an email in a day or 2. I have addressed the contact to Nina and sometimes others reply.
Just a thought, not saying you will be happy with the reply though.

Wow, i'm glad i found this forum before i put an other. I almost ordered some motors and escs, In total around 150 dollar. After reading these posts i'm not going to buy stuff here unless they send it to me first and i pay for it afterwards when everything is fine. But there is no shop in the world who would that.

After more than a week now, I've had just the one response from Nina - offering to send a new shaft.
I replied that it was not the shaft but the end can of the motor, but have not had a response to that....

I have not ordered from them lately and was thinking about ordering a dozen motors and esc,s but the recent reports concern me, when ever I have had a problem in the past they have always sorted it out like in the link below I was sent 2 complete motor bodies with out the coils,
I have also been sent a replacement esc when I received a dodgy one,
It will be a real shame if they have gone bad as I have used there products for some time now trouble free

RcTimer Problem was sorted 100%

Order partially unfulfilled (repost)

I'm reposting this from the official thread because that looks like its dead.

On September 16th I placed a high value order (20110916030008) with RC Timer, the total value being $476. This order comprised BL motors, ESCs, props, silicon wire and extension leads.

Yesterday the package arrived but it did not contain any silicon wire or extension leads. This amounts to approximately $130 of merchandise - paid for by me - but not included in the package. Furthermore the package was not damaged or even opened by customs. This means RC Timer did not fulfill my order!

Yesterday I sent a message to RC Timer via their website and to date have not received courtesy of response or acknowledgement. I provided them the local tracking number so they can independently inquire to SA customs whether the package was damaged (assuming they do not believe me).
