oTc, that's not unusual. My orders sometimes don't show up on my RCT account page until after I receive them, but I always get the order; patience grasshopper.

Do they only watch this thread once and a while? Looks like the last response was the 10th of June.

Cool!! RCT is pretty consistent, my orders usually arrive 10-21 days after I place the order. They are at the mercy of their postal system over there, so sometimes it takes 3 weeks, but 10-14 days is the norm. However, they haven't been responding to this thread as often as they used to, which is what made them stand out from the pack; hopefully they'll get back to posting here on a regular basis soon.

Says password is in email but it never comes. Cant re-register because user name is already in use DUH!!! Its me!!!. Someone needs to pull their head out of their Keester or Im done with RCT. Too much hassle and Ive ordered my share, thats for sure.
Sorry for bother you, can i help you? do you remember your ID? if you have any question you can send the mail to: sales@rctimer.com, we may reply you asap.

I have tried several different speed controls and timing settings however it does not fix the problem and I think the motor is defective.

How to I get a replacement?

I would like to suggest a minor improvement to your motors based on problems many folks in the multicopter hobby are having with them.

The issue: Your motor magnet wires are soldered into the bullet connectors. Over time, one or more of the wires are breaking from a combination of the vibrations and removal and insertion. Some folks have mentioned that in a couple of the motors, one or more of the magnet wires were not soldered properly in the bullet connectors and were loose inside of the bullet connectors.

A solution: By adding about 3cm of 20g silicone wires to the magnet wires and putting the bullet connectors on the silicone wire, or better consider leaving them off and included for the buyer to solder would be a step in the right direction for a reliability improvement.

If others have thoughts on this, feel free to add your comments!
Cheers,
Jim
