Phoenix Rc Variants

Hi! I thought I'd get a Phoenix Rc Variants thread going.
So if you've got some nice variants and you'd like to share them, then this is the thread to do it.

Thought I'd get the ball rolling buy posting this fun little number!
It's a thrust Vectoring Hawk Trainer!

This variant really sound great with Puzom's addictional jet turbine sound.
And again "Great Job Puzom!"
You can get the additional sound pack here, http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1097818 all you have to do is send him a 'PM' requesting the additional turbine sound.

If you don't have Puzom's great additional jet turbine sound then this might open up with no sound to it. If so then go to Model/Edit/Sounds and pick the default Turbine sound from the drop down menu.

Warning!
This variant is just a bit of fun and in no way represents a real thrust vectoring Rc jet turbine. But it's still a laugh though!

Have Fun!

Better version of the Thrust Vectoring Hawk Trainer!

Hi, here's a better version of the Thrust Vectoring Hawk Trainer. It's less severe and more stable than the previous version.

Warning!
This variant is just a bit of fun and in no way represents a real thrust vectoring Rc jet turbine. But it's still a laugh though!

Enjoy.

80cm EDF Thrust Vectoring F16.

Here's a nice little number that I've been working on for a bit.
It's a 80cm EDF Thrust Vectoring F16. And it was a very tricky thing to do as well. The hard bit is getting it to spin and flip and not go into a spasm and freak out.

There's a EDF Variant for the turbine F16 (that's so you can use the wheels and flaps) and also the hand launch EDF version.

And don't forget it sounds even better with 'Puzom's' alternative EDF sound.

Let me know what you think?

Enjoy!

Some more Fixed Wing Variants (24), unzip to your variants folder. Some new ones as well as some updated versions of ones I posted earlier.
Let me know what you think.

Variants are changes to the aircraft that affect the flight performance.

Unzip the file I posted to YourDocuments/PhoenixRC/Variants/FixedWing.
Then you can select the Variant you want to use when you select an aircraft in Phoenix (there will be a tab next to the aircraft's name to open a drop down menu). Select the variant and enjoy.
Feedback is aways appreciated.

Turbine Variant for the Eurofighter Typhoon

Hi all, just thought I'd post a turbine variant for the new 'EDF Eurofighter Typhoon' model for Phoenix Rc.

This variant really sound great with Puzom's addictional jet turbine sound.

You will need to download the EDF Eurofighter Typhoon first for this variant to work.

Have fun!
