Looking for a source of smaller diameter lightweight dlg booms
HI guys,
my latest project has me looking for a boom that is a little smaller in diameter, as i am looking for a wingspan of around 40", so i'm thinking it won't need to handle quite as much....possibly a drela boom? does anyone make these booms and are willing to sell a few? thanks, ryan |

I use alot of avia wrapped carbon tubes and like them. I find it best to get a bigger diameter tapered tube then sand it down to an acceptable wall thickness to achieve the weight you want. The real small diameters are real nice but whippy. |
