What was the turn-around time from order to receipt?

G,
What size are the tri's? I guess about 6-7in? EPP845's or the Silverlit props are probably your options.
Cheers,
Jim

G,
Interesting that the board has trim pots. Does the disk have an application to adjust parameters? Can you post screen shots please.
Check to make sure your motors are not tilted and are perfectly level. Only a hair of tilt can screw up the quad's yaw capability, or improve it... The parameters if any and the trim pots for the gyros on the board are the next things to look into for tweaking your flight performance. Go easy on those pots, those type are notorious for falling apart. If you move the pots from where they are, first mark them for their location, then only move them a hair one way or the other and test, but no more than that.
If you haven't done so already, remove the tape from the beeper. It will be then be much louder...
Suggested replacement props are the EPP845's. Here: www.quadroufo.com
Cheers,
Jim

G,
That app only is for the Tx setup. Is there no other app for PID for the gyros or accelerometer?
Cheers,
Jim
