Robert and EJF come through!!!!!!!!!!
I had purchased a FlyFly Model MB-339 from EJF and on my 3rd fly in the middle of the flight the wing fell off. I thankfully had this on video as it probably wouldn't have been believed even by me. Nonetheless, after Robert and some of his employees saw it, they went to bat for me. Can you say Customer Service?
Above and Beyond Customer Service is what they provided for me. It seems that there is always negative posts that show how crummy a company is. This time, I'm taking my time to show the opposite!
Robert contacted FlyFly. He pleaded my case and showed my video to them. They in turn sent him a new model with updated parts to strengthen the wing. All of this was a turn around time of under one month. I'm very happy with this service and couldn't ask for more!
