Can't wait to see this in the air!

You need to use 3/4" square posts Hysol'd to the mounting plate, with the gussets under the posts. I will post some pictures of that setup I designed for our Byron F-15s. This makes an incredibly sturdy motor mount that takes some real abuse (don't ask how I know!)

Every single fan assembly is balanced using a 12S setup. The actual Kv is measured electronically and we use our laser to engrave this number into the end bell. This makes it easy for us to match motors for twin setups.

Just a question, with the fan sitting further forward, how does that clear the main landing gear retracts ?

I saw that too. I had the fan on mine behind the engine former. He might have just set it in their but I dont see anyway you can mount the motor in that spot.

F-16 intake duct

If any one out there knows Mark Hambelton from DCU Models. He has or had a mold of mine for an intake duct for the Byron F-16. The outlet is sized for a dynamax fan. He was doing the glass work for me way back in 1998 for a conversion kit I was marketing in the good old days.

We have sold all of the fan systems we have motors for currently. We are waiting on more motors to arrive from Little Screamers. We had to take care of a lot of people that are building special projects (like BillyD) that have been hounding us for months about this. We are suppose to have another large batch of motors in on 10/26.
