If you're out later this afternoon Tim, I'll see you at the bowl with some carbon tow to reinforce your throwing peg.

Thanks, Lee. It seems to be holding pretty well, as is. I'm not sure if I'll be out, though.

Guys,

I just found out that the PS3 can play 1080p + 60fps... This would be awsome, now I can burn video directly from my Camera into a DVD and it will play... Or I can transfer video footage from my Camera into the PS3 hard drive.

Whoohoo...

Dave, that means I can slowly watch everyone launching technique very very slowly with my big TV in super high definition.

Seriously,at our launching clinic at the February contest it would be kind of neat to video
some of the launches, plug it into a TV and have George and Charlie critique our launches as seen on the video. The slow motion would really help in the analysis.

If my pops would be so kind, we could actually video from two different perspectives.

What pod and boom set-up are you guys using for the mini's? I went to peak-hobby, because I though you all were using the binary pod, but I didn't see it listed anywhere.

After seeing how simple the fix of the broken wing was, I think I need to delve into this mini-building business to shake my "fear" of building and repairing these planes incorrectly. Besides, my dad is itching to try his hand a DLGing.

Tim, see if you can contact Vu. He probably knows more about them than any of us.

They do not list the parts online, if you want to buy parts you have to email them.
