Awesome!!

Try the pen test next. That is mount a pen where the spindle should be, then tape paper on the bed and have fun drawing things remotely

It's simple and can save you wasting good material working out the bugs.

I was impressed when you showed me the CNC router you built, and thought it was really cool when you got the mill/lathe/drillpress.

You are now officially a BADASS in my book!

Nice work Vu!

Haha!

Sure, if you want a 12 inches DLG and a Toyota Prius logo on your Truck.

Anyway, it seemed there's a ghost shadowing me... Issue after issue with getting a computer just to run this thing.

I can't understand why the IBM I bought have 5x he amount of specification over the old Dell and does not freaken work with the new CNC.

Well, first cut

Here's the test cut...

Attention: The following picture may be disturbing! I need to CNC out a big sign "Safety First". As I cut my finger pretty bad when installing the damn super pointy sharp engraving bit and first time I have to use super glue to stop the blood massacre.

Yes, it's my blood that's engrave on the board... HAHA!

Is it worth it? probably not and never will... (that's what the wife said)

How about Vu makes the molds, and you manufacture the tailsets?

That's what on my mind... however it's not going to be easy... First I don't know how to draw air foil.. Secondly I have no idea on how to cut mold. Thirdly, I am pretty bad at making fiberglass.

I am more like a hand on training guy... I don't read well... haha!

But we'll see.
