Hi Jin-

Very good work, I'll look forward to the vid. I was curious about the motor you used. Glad I could help on the actuators.

Jin,
Thanks for sharing. Those are very nice triplanes. Are you coming to KIEF? It would be nice to see them fly.

Thank you all.

Shagrug, I thought of using 4mm motor and gear box but I needed nose weight even after I installed every possible components forward. The system pulls less than 450ma and gives me about a 4 minutes of flight time.

Mtflyr, yes let's fly this weekend, maybe after the swap meeting at the hobbyshop?

Nitrocharged, yes it has been flown so many times, paint on fuselage where I hold the plane is rubbed out.

Microbuilder 10" one was built about a year ago and painted at the same time with 6.6" model. I am just tossing the 5" inch one around the basement.

Gordon Johnson, I also want to thank you for your valuable test results. I don't think there are any serious modeler who don't look up your charts before starting their projects.
yes, I am planning to attend KIEF. I hope to see your planes in person over there.

Jin and I just finished a little flying. Conditions were not the best somewhat gusty esp. for Jins super micro Sopwith 6" WS Tripe. That bird was so so cool.

It flew great and it looks great too. In the air it's like the size of a large Dragonfly

Flew the Spitfire and SU/La-7 had some fun.

I guess my triplane was not technically flying. It was rather float around in the wind. It was crazy even thinking of flying in that kind of gust. But Pete's Spitfire flew great like it is dead calm evening.
I am scratching my leg as I am typing this because of all the mosquito bites, but I definitely had a good time.

RCbilly, I remember we tried flying in formation. It was a good 5 seconds. Let's try it again next year. I also enjoyed watching your planes. All your planes were unique and flew very well.

Most people use zoom for their pics, I think you used macro
Wonderful little flyer there and I was surprised at how quick it went around indoors.
