Not bad.
Thanks so much for that info.

Faster or quicker? This is where I mentioned different classes of heli. The MSR only weighs 1oz (28g) versus the CB100 at 60+g. Also, the MSR is smaller in overall length and blade diameter. As a result of all these factors, the MSR is "faster" than the CB100. However, the CB100 is more manageable doing figure 8's since it is smooth no matter what direction you turn. The MSR is a little twitchy going left.

Yep. I got fries and a diet coke with it. To go. LOL.
I find the smoothness difference with my original 4#3 too. The mSR and the 4#3's are just two different animals, both are great in their own way. The CB100 sounds like a blast too. Thanks again for your review.

Ahh, I actually meant swapping the 4#3B swash inside with the CB100 as Darryl suggested... Not the 4G3 and 4#3B swash insides... Or was that what you meant to begin with?

[QUOTE=dkfuji]I have only replaced 1 mainblade. The rest of the heli seems to be pretty solid and no other damage. I have bounced off the garage door frame, bushes, and cement stairs and it still comes back for more. The best thing is, like the MSR, if you get out of shape, all you have to do is get off the cyclic stick and give it throttle and it goes back to a stable hover. Pretty cool. Also, should you mess up the E-flite 5in1 servos you have to spend buckies on a new board. On the CB100 you can just replace the servo. Actually, they are really 2 different classes of helis anyway (IMO). The CB100 is more like a real RC heli (possible mods) and the MSR is a really good flying plaything (no mods really possible at this time). I do love both of them, but my MSR is now just sitting. [/QUOTe

OK I cleaned out a place in the garage door overhang area to store/hide the SEVEN helicopter boxes that I have where my wife will no longer see them and ask how many helicopters I have and how many I need.. (answer a 100 less than the shoes you need).. So as soon as John gets the word on the BNF CB100 I guess I'll have to order one.. Maybe for Halloween?? Thanksgiving?? Christmas?? Any word John??

OK, my bad, I read it wrong. Yea, if the bearings are the same size it shouldn't be that hard to swap the inner parts.

Someone make a video of the cb100 blowing a MSR out of the sky with its down wash. That will end the debate. lol

Parts for the CB100 will be available about Sept 28-30. For now only the CB100 helicopters are available. May be we will come out with a 2.9g tail model if we get enough enquiries. Again, thanks for the guys here explaining the RC Groups sponsorship which we have just signed up.

Yes I noticed today while flying the mSR and the 4#3B DBL back to back that the 4 makes a lot more down wash and after a minute the air is really moving around in the living room where the mSR doesn't cause any problem.

So I bet the CB100 will make a nice challenging breeze also.
