Never a glitch, (Yet).

Because of that, I've never worried about mounting the RX close to CF in my planes.

My .02 and, YMMV

The CF gear is flat on one edge and angled on the other. Which way does it go? It seems to move the wheels further forward/back a little depending on which way you mount it.

I'm almost done and hope to maiden tomorrow!

I looked at it as being "air foiled" so I put the thicker side forward.

Mounted mine so it has the very slight angle forward.

Yes, like GC posts, the CF gear is "Air Foiled", just like the wings and elevator.

Decals done!

My is offically done except the pilot. Waiting on a Pilot-X and I will use the carbon SHP insert. OH YEAH! It is a sexy airplane. I was gonna do decals to match my 103'' SC but I thought I would just use the stock ones and they look great.

SFG's

I am no doubt going to use the SFG's on this one. It just looks way to cool IMO with them. I have an 87" SHP that I have been flying since last May and have yet to install the SFG's. I think it's time!
