Both, as you must set the ESC to fixed end points as opposed to autocalibrate, and then set the endpoints using the transmitter and the ESC....

Finally start building my red-blue 57.

Got another 6 flight in on my w/b/y extra & I'm still loving it
I think I've got a good combo now with my new 57" extra is now my other go to plane with my 51" slick.
Each ones does things slightly differently, the slick tumble better & is so violent yet the extra draw very nice clean line. I do agree I can hover my slick much better & I like the color scheme a little bit more but I can wait to try some bigger props.
What size of 4S packs other then 4000 mAh have you guys had success with ?

Gens Ace 4s-3800.
In cold weather, I used to fly my Y-W-B with Hacker A30-12XL 710kv with Xoar 15x8. Very light, motor came down warm.
Then A40-10s, A40-12S, A40-10L, 4315, ... 1500w on 6s.

Woo hoo! Just ordered a new Motrofly 4315-714 and Ice Lite 100 so I can finally build my replacement 57" SC! Can't wait to have this plane back in the air!!

Congrats.....I have a Reaper in my 57" but have the Motrolfly in my 59" Slick....love the power....

Motrolfly 3625-709Kv, ICE 100 Lite, Zippy 4S 4000 20C.

Definitely faster and has sustained vertical capability. Close up I prefer the Xoar 15x7 pjn.

My opening rollers were terrible trying to catch up to that Bigfoot that took off and flew over us!

After I saw the vid, I felt kinda bad for the SC... Did that for three flights....

At one point I felt like you were going to rip it apart! I'd go through the motorbox with some glue if I were you!

I do pull test the motor from all angles frequently, see if any new movement.
