Nope I do not think your bragging and neither am I. How many planes do you have total now? I just could not believe how much I put into this bird, and was wondering if anyone else is as insane as me.

Yup....most of us addicts are....It might not look like it due to the number of planes and stuff that I have, I have to scrimp and save to buy what I buy, (retired on Social security and pensions) but I like to put the "good stuff" in my planes, so, I definitely understand how much stuff for planes cost.

As to number of planes, between my son and I, sixteen flyable, with a few other kits laying around...

Very similar to mine except I bought my servo extensions! $600 is the normal range for this plane o think. $1,000 is the range for 70" planes!

I know as I said i may have went a tad bit overboard. However this is going to be one sick plane. though I wish I would have bought a 72 extra.

I figured out that every time my 89" Slick goes in the air, it's $2882.00...I can't imagine what one of the over 100" planes cost....

89" Slick...$729.00
R921 receiver...$249.00
Five Hitec HS-7955TGs....$450
Hacker Q80-8M....$659.00
Castle ICE2 HV-160....$275.00
2X Thunder Power 6S 65C 5000mAH packs...$520.00

Point of reference; I bought a 70 Slick a while back, airframe and engine for $350. I bought $300 in Sav÷x servos, an ignition battery for $25, BEC pro for $30, an AR8000 Rx for $70, and an Opto-kill for $15. That's all gear that could be in my 72 Extra, had the Slick not met a terrible death. So, I'd be in a 72 Extra for within $100 of what you've got in a 57! You crazy, dawg! Lol

Hope you enjoy it though! I finally got some stick time on my 57 after switching a Motrolfly 4S setup. I'm diggin it so far!

are you using the 4315-714, if so did you use aluminum or wooden spacers? I am trying to decide which to use.

Now tell me, the united package smashers can not even get me my planes half the time without something being broke and 3dhs is only 4 hours away. How did you get the plane delivered all the way to Briton in one piece? I call that a miracle.

I had some plastic/delrin spacers so I used those.
