Thanks for the offer but after looking at the specs for the 9650's, I think I may just get the HS-5245mg's as they seem to be the best bang for the buck in digital if I go that route.
Just curious has anyone used the HS-225's in there 57" Extra SC, I wonder as there have the price of the others mentioned?

Yes l had 225s in mine for a while. They are not good. The Spektrum 5040s are much nicer for the money. Best deal l have seen for this size servo. Digital and metal geared for around $27

I've got 5245MG's in my ailerons, running on 6v. Haven't had a problem out of them.

Will have to try some of those out!! Of course, with my style of flying I haven't had any problems.

For what its worth, I still have the HS-225's in mine and I'm still happy with them. I've had my 57 for a couple of years now and its flown relatively hard. Still on the original gear set, probably a couple hundred flights on it now. Still one of my absolute favorite airplanes.

Ordering 4315-714 motrofly motor

About to order my motrofly for my extra, does anyone know if I should order a prop hub with the motor. Or just order the motor and use a prop hub from a local store, looks like it doesn't come with one.

Which motrolfly would be comparable in weight and power to a reaper gr45? I used to have a 57 with a gr45 and 4s 4000 lipo and it was a sweet setup. Would the motrolfly 3615-750 be comparable?

i hope you meant 3625? 3615 is 51" slick motor and on 57" in the best case scenario it would be scale power!

and 3625 is HOT motor.... 4315 is muuuuch better...
