I checked the Motrolfly website and talked to Ken, but I'm looking for advice from those with experience with this set up.

Guys, thanks for all your help!
Thanks to everyone who replied. Looks like a Xoar 15x7 or 15x8 prop is the way to go on a 4s setup.

Anyone have any experience running the Motrolfly DM3620 750kv motor on 5s or 6s? In addition to 3D, I want to use the versatility of the 57" Extra 330SC to practice for IMAC.

Anyone know where to get Xoar 15x7 props? They seem to be out of stock everywhere.

Nope. That's where I've gotten them before, but they're out of stock.

im positively blown away by savox 1250mg!! (in comparison with mg225) i think next month i will get a set for aelerons! plane just feels SO crisp and seems like it has alot more power on tail now than it has before!

and one more time i saw that 3dhs builds planes like a tanks! dropped out of a hig alpha flatspin on a wingtip from 3' and only damage was snapped propeller! (A reminder for me... if the plane can hover in 30*aoa, go home... >.<)

Just got back from the maiden. What a sweet-flying plane. Now I just need some cool graphics since it comes with the cheesy decals now.

got another 4flights before promissed rain.. so far i have swapped 2x 225mg to a savox 1250 and today i swapped xoar to falcon 15x7...flew in a calm winds and WOW! my point rolls was WAY more 'pointy' i dont understand why! is falcon faster than xoar? cant wait for next month salary to put savox on wings aswell!! (but i guess bec would be in place with 4x digitals... )

now fot to-do list is shorten elevator and rudder linkages so i can programm more servo travel on my radio! for now on savox giant scale rudder arm im on most inward hole and still only around 100% radio for rudder to hit elevator! and on medium sized single arm im on 3rd outward hole and still around 100% servo travel!

while i was setting up my 71" radio (savox on tail, hitec on aelerons) i noticed a strange thing... hitecs maximum travel (with no linkages connected) was 119% while savox i could easily drive to 150%! hitecs servo arm had to be grinded down to prevent binding, while savox - no grinding nessecary!

I royally screwed up my build today!! As I was putting on the second elevator half it glued tight before I could get it in place!! Craziest thing I've ever seen. I think I must've still had some kicker floating around or something.

I ordered a new elevator. Dangit!!

I don't glue that until its in place, for that very reason. It hasn't fell apart on either plane yet. Good luck getting it going again though!
