Make one. A friend and I did one for 900 mhz, a 12 element if I remember right. Over 4.5 miles on the ground, we ran out of road. Cost was about 20 bucks. The beam turned out to be about 45 degrees.

I've had several orders with them and no problems so far.
The 900Mhz antenna I ordered a couple of weeks ago, and it's been sitting there "waiting for supplier", but today it shipped so they probably have it in stock right now.
